Zoe Tabary is an editor at the Thomson Reuters Foundation, where she runs its coverage of cities including housing and homelessness, slums, cities’ net-zero efforts and smart cities, among other areas. She has organised and conducted journalist trainings in various countries including Mauritania, Mali, Burkina Faso, Kenya, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal etc. Prior to joining the Thomson Reuters Foundation, Ms. Tabary worked as an editor at The Economist Group, where she managed research projects for a number of clients across the energy, healthcare and sustainability sectors. She has also worked with Amnesty International as an editor, focusing on human rights issues. She holds a Master of Science in Marketing, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris, and is fluent in French, Spanish and German.
