Throughout Expo’s exhibits, buildings, performances and initiatives, human beings are highlighted as sources of endless creativity and ingenuity, with a spotlight on those who are championing positive change. Opportunity lies at the core of human development and growth, it allows individuals and communities to shape the future. The goal is for Expo 2020 to help each and every person feel empowered to make a change, and start their own ripple effect for the betterment of all.

Mission Possible - The Opportunity Pavilion immerses visitors in self-discovery and impact. Defined by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the exhibition showcases stories of energy, food and water, helping understand global challenges.

At its heart, every facet of Expo 2020 Dubai has been designed to live up to three goals: to integrate Sustainability into all aspects from design and construction to event operations and its legacy life as District 2020; to ensure that Expo embraces the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Dubai, the UAE and beyond; and to inspire visitors from across the world to become passionate changemakers for a sustainable future.
