Mr Tanguy GAHOUMA BEKALE is a Special Advisor to His Excellency Ali BONGO ONDIMBA, President of the Gabonese Republic, Permanent Secretary of the National Climate Council and General Director of the Gabonese Agency for Space Studies and Observations (AGEOS). He is also the National Focal Point on Climate Change under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the current Chair of the African Group of Negotiators (AGN) on Climate Change.
